User Persona

Introducing Yael Goldberg

Yael is a 46-year-old dance studio owner in Ramat Hasharon, planning a celebration for her son’s upcoming discharge from the army and looking to order premium desserts for the event. As an inexperienced baker, she’s anxious about creating desserts herself and is willing to pay extra for boutique desserts online, provided they are of excellent quality, delivered on time, and arrive in top condition.

Pain Points

“This is my first time ordering confectionery products online, and I’m worried I won’t get my money’s worth, that the delivery won’t arrive on time, that the desserts won’t be of high enough quality, and that there will be a significant difference between how they look in reality and how they were presented on the website.”
